Firehouse Subs Makes Donation To FWFD (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind (21Alive) -- Firehouse Subs on Coldwater Rd. is making a donation to the Fort Wayne Fire Department worth $17,000.

The money was used to buy several life-saving tools including nearly 700 smoke alarms that will be given to families in the city and installed for free. Radiation monitors were also purchased so firefighters can use them to detect radio active material.
