KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A fire at a construction company in Kendallville Thursday morning, required the skills of firefighters from five departments.

Officials say the fire broke out around 7:30 a.m. at K Lash and Sons in the 900 block of Harlash Road.

The building is made of all metal, producing problems with fighting the fire on the second floor. Crews from Kendallville, Corunna, Albion, and Dekalb County put the fire out within an hour.

According to officials, one firefighter had a minor burn. There were no other injuries, and there has been no word on a cause of the fire.
