FWPD Officer Facing Criminal Charges

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- A Fort Wayne Police Officer is facing criminal charges stemming from an incident late last year.

Scott Criswell, 50, has been charged with conversion and criminal trespassing. Both of which are class "A" misdemeanors.

He stands accused of breaking into a foreclosed home last year, where he allegedly took items from the home. He was suspended for 5 days without pay and demoted.
