Excise Police Make Arrests In Muncie And Noblesville

MUNCIE & NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (21Alive) – Indiana State Excise Police were busy making arrests this weekend in Muncie and in Noblesville at the Keith Urban concert.

This weekend in Muncie, State Excise Police arrested 12 people on 40 charges. Police say all who were arrested were minors and they were charged with possession of false ID, minor in a tavern, illegal possession of alcohol , false informing and false statement of age.

Police say most of the arrestees were from out of state and had fake out of state IDs.

On Saturday night in Noblesville, police made eight arrests at the Keith Urban concert at Klipsch Music Center.

Those arrested face charges of illegal possession of alcohol, and three of them were under the age of 18. Three of the arrestees were given written warnings.
