Today, Senators Susan Collins of Maine and Indiana's Joe Donnelly took a two-pronged approach by defining what it means to be a full-time employee.
Under Obamacare, if someone works just 30 hours a week, they must receive healthcare benefits as a full-time employee.
Employers are chopping jobs and hours to avoid that increased cost.
