Demolition To Begin For Ash Skyline Plaza/Skyline Terrace Project

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Demolition is set to begin to make way for construction to begin on Ash Skyline Plaza/ Skyline Terrace project.

Demolition will begin at 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning and crews will start with the structures on Wayne street and move west. The project is the largest downtown development project in recent history. It is a $98 Million joint public-private funded project that will add a new national headquarters for Ash Brokerage, as well as residential space from Hanning & Bean Enterprises, retail space, and a 1,200 space public parking garage.

The development takes place between Wayne, Harrison, Berry, and Webster downtown.
