Coroner Determines Cause of Death on Crash Victim Released from Hospital

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – A final ruling has been made on the death of Gladys M. Dye, a 69-year-old female from Fort Wayne who was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a crash on September 25, 2012 at State Road 1 and Tonkel Roads in northern Allen County.

She was treated at a local hospital and released. The next day she was found unresponsive at her home, and was pronounced dead there by medics.

An autopsy was performed and the final autopsy results have concluded that she died from the blunt force trauma sustained during the crash.
