Convenience Stores File Suit For Right To Sell Cold Beer

INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) -- Indiana convenience stores have filed a lawsuit for the right to sell cold beer.

The Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association filed the complaint in U.S. District Court. The organization says the law prohibiting them from selling cold beer is antiquated and favors liquor stores and puts them at a disadvantage.
