FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Defaced by vandals again, city crews scrubbed away vulgar and racist remarks written along downtown's MLK Bridge today.

"Death To Race Mixers" and "Keep The White Race Pure" were among some of the hateful slurs scrawled along the bridge. Similar slurs were found at Lakeside Park over the holiday weekend. Also, just two weeks go a smiley face was found spray painted over Dr. King's face.
