DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) -- For the first time this year, black ice was reported as a problem along I-69 in DeKalb County.

It led to a couple minor crashes, including one near the Waterloo exit in the southbound lanes.

Traffic was slow-going for awhile. Police remind all drivers this time of year, when temperatures hover near freezing, take extra care on bridges and over-passes.
