Assessment Finds 87% Of Indiana Teachers Effective, Skeptics Disagree (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- According to the Indiana Department of Education, 87% of public school educators were rated as either effective or highly effective.

Only 3% were rated as needs improvement or ineffective.

But some skeptics are challenging those statistics.
