FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- An armed robbery has taken place on the city's southeast side, according to initial reports.

Shortly before 10:00 a.m. this morning, reports came in of an armed robbery at 5800 S. Anthony Boulevard at a CVS Pharmacy. Initial reports indicate that the suspect only took money from the store and no drugs were taken.

According to Police, the suspect was wearing a tan and white vertical striped shirt, blue jeans, and dark bandannas over his face and head. He was armed with a black semi-automatic pistol when he entered the store demanding money. The suspect is believed to be around 6' tall and around 160lbs.
