Another Standoff Ends Peacefully

Allen County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - After six hours, a police standoff ends peacefully.

On Wednesday, Allen County Police were called to a home on Arapaho Trail in the Cottonwood subdivision around 4 p.m. A distress call was received after the subject, who is believed to be ex-military, allegedly threatened harm to himself.

Neighbors were evacuated as a safety precaution. Shortly before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, police were able to peacefully coax the subject out of the home and neighbors were allowed back.

The subject's name has not been released.
