Allen County Fair Begins Today (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The Allen County Fair is set begin today and Jeff Bowman was live at the fairgrounds to preview what you can expect this year.

The proceedings begin at 10:00 a.m. when the open class exhibits open up for display. Admission is $5 and parking is free. Many activities will be available on opening day including carnival rides, games, monster truck rides, redneck relays, and a greased watermelon contest.

At the end of the night around 10:00 p.m. there will be the 25th Anniversary Fireworks show.
