AUBURN, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - More legal troubles for auto auctioneer Dean Kruse.

A federal lawsuit filed against Kruse alleges he set up a shell company to avoid paying a debt.

According to our partners in news at the Journal Gazette, a Florida company that already won a judgment for $250,000 against Kruse filed another suit Friday in attempt to collect that money.

This suit alleges Kruse created 'Auburn Auction LLC' to run his spring and fall auctions to avoid paying the debt.

In the past Kruse International has handled all business transactions related to the auctions.

In the report Kruse says, "this is not a sham...it's a real deal."
