ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An Allen County man "could" get his license back even after he was sentenced for a fatal drunk driving crash Monday morning.

Last month, 52-year-old Brian Mansfield pleaded guilty to causing the crash that killed Jacqueline Yenser of Antwerp, Ohio and injured her daughter near Woodburn, last November.

Police say Mansfield's blood alcohol level was nearly 5-times the legal limit when the crash happened.

Monday morning, a judge sentenced Mansfield to serve 16-years in prison, and pay more than $20,000 in restitution.

His license will be suspended for 5-years after he gets out of prison.

But there's a chance it could be re-instated after that.
