Fatal Crash In Southern Indiana

COLUMBUS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Two people are killed in a crash near Columbus, Indiana Friday.

Police were called to the 5000 block of State Road 46 West where they discovered extensive damage to a pick up truck and a car.

The driver of the truck, 57-year-old Michael Brickley of Bluffton was dead at the scene.

His passengers are being treated for what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the car, 19-year-old Katlin Piper of Columbus was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police continue to investigate.
