FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne police officer who's been at the center of controversy before is back in trouble.

Police Chief Rusty York confirmed that Officer Scott Morales has been suspended again.

It's the thirteenth time Morales has been suspended of his nearly 20 years on the force.

York says this time Morales used a tazer inappropriately on an individual who was handcuffed. Saying it wasn't the fact that Morales used the tazer but how he used it.

Morales was given a three day suspension without pay.
