June 18, 2010 Updated Dec 21, 2009 at 10:59 AM EST

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A DeKalb County Superior Court Judge has granted the attorneys for Dean Kruse more time for the latest legal problems facing the auctioneer.

Kruse asked for and was granted a continuance on a hearing that was scheduled for Monday morning.

At issue is whether Kruse owned 3 historic Nazi command vehicles that he used for collateral for a loan that is now in default.

Hillcrest Bank of Kansas has asked a judge to hold Kruse in contempt of court alleging he violated terms of a loan.

The hearing is now scheduled for January 13th.
