WABASH, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wabash County man indicted in the murder of his wife is back in a courtroom Monday afternoon.

Attorneys for 39-year-old Scott Pattison filed a motion to produce the transcript of the grand jury proceedings from September.

The attorney argued that by not releasing the document it was in violation of Pattisons' consitutional rights and hindering efforts to provide a proper defense.

Prosecutors say state statute allows them to keep the proceedings secret.

The judge has taken the matter under advisement.
