MERCER COUNTY, Ohio (21Alive) -- Three people were arrested on drug related charges Thursday in two separate incidents.

Ayers was charged with driving left of center, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gillis was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In the second incident, detective received information about possible drug activity in Recovery Township. A detective observed suspicious activity and also observed traffic violations while following the suspected vehicle. A traffic stop was made on Don Desch Dr.
Jordan Bowers, 31, was charged with lanes of travel, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and multiple driving under suspensions.
Bowers refused to submit to any chemical tests and a search warrant was granted. Presumptive test results showed that Bowers was under the influence of amphetamines, benzodiazepines, marijuana and opiates (heroin).
A 29-year-old passenger in the vehicle was not charged with anything and was released.
