FELICITY, Ohio (AP) - Three people are dead and three young children are hospitalized after a head-on crash in southwest Ohio's Clermont County.

The State Highway patrol says investigators suspect 18-year-old
Krystal Delaney fell asleep at the wheel when she crossed the center line on state Route 133 and ran her car into another driven by 31-year-old Joshua Day.

Day, his 27-year-old wife Rita, and Delaney were all pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. It happened just after 12:30 a.m. Thursday near Felicity, where all three victims lived.

The Days' 6-year-old son and 2- and 7-year-old daughters were taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The patrol's Sgt. Paul Lezotte says the children were talking and coherent, and are expected to recover.
