Navy: 64 Sailors Caught Using, Distributing Drug Spice

The U.S. Navy on Thursday announced that 64 of its sailors were caught illegally using or distributing drug spice -- otherwise known as synthetic marijuana -- according to a story in the Los Angeles Times.

According to the Times story, Navy officials said all of the sailors are being discharged or given non-judicial punishment.
