FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - A Fort Wayne restaurant has been forced to close its doors over health concerns.

The Fort Wayne/Allen County Health Department ordered Tuesday the Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet in Coldwater Crossing to be temporarily shutdown after inspectors found live cockroaches inside the restaurant.

The store reopened Thursday.
