'Wrong' Lottery Ticket a $25 Million Winner for Georgia Woman

A 44-year-old Georgia woman  who was given the wrong lottery ticket by a store clerk turned out to have the winning numbers in a $25 million jackpot, according to the Georgia Lottery.

Kathy Scruggs wanted a Mega Millions ticket, but was instead given a Powerball ticket, she said. According to the Georgia Lottery, Scruggs selected the cash option and will receive more than $15 million before taxes.
