ANGOLA, Ind. (21Alive) - A man who pleaded guilty to shooting another man on Jimmerson Lake last summer was sentenced Monday.

Mark Hines, 28, received 45 years in prison for the July murder Ruben Sanchez Jr., 29.

Hines admitted to shooting Sanchez to death in a plea deal that dropped other charges.

Tyler Biggs, 18, is set to go on trial on Dec. 16 for his role in Sanchez's death.
