Report: Madonna to be Super Bowl Halftime Performer

SBNation.com, citing sources close to the event, is reporting that Madonna has been chosen to perform at halftime of February's Super Bowl in Indianapolis.

An NFL spokesperson declined to comment, according to the report. According to the report, Madonna has been in consideration to perform at the Super Bowl before, most notably in 1998 and 2000.
