FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - A new Fort Wayne restaurant brings both a new eating experience and jobs to the area.
Culver's Custard held a grand opening Tuesday morning at its new location, 1425 Washington Center Rd.
Sandy Geisler, who owns Culver's with her husband, Bob, says the addition of the Washington Center Road restaurant stems from the success their other restaurant, 3510 E. Dupont Rd., which opened in 2005.
"We have had a lot of support in the Dupont area," Sandy Geisler says. "Now, we have a lot of support in the Washington Center area."
Culver's chain co-founder Craig Culver joined the Geislers and store employees to cut the ribbon on the new restaurant.
Culver's offers 45 different menus, Geisler says; notably, the butter burger and frozen custard.
Culver's on Washington Center Road is accepting applications and conducting interviews, too, Geisler says.
