Public Hearing On Proposed Aqua Indiana Condemnation Set

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Fort Wayne City Council has scheduled a public hearing on the City of Fort Wayne's proposed Aqua Indiana takeover.

Council will open the floor to residents to give their opinion on Aqua condemnation at the Jan. 22 meeting at Citizens Square.

Each resident will have a maximum of two minutes to have a say, and are encouraged to pre-register with the City Clerk's office. Pre-registered slots will speak first. Those who do not pre-register will follow at the public hearing.

City Council could take action at the end of the public hearing.
