Internal Affairs Continues Investigation

June 18, 2010 Updated Dec 26, 2007 at 3:26 PM EST

An internal affairs investigation involving alleged excess force by a Fort Wayne officer is nearing completion.

Lorie Squadrito claims officer Scott Morales drug her out of her home two months ago, handcuffed her without reason, and left her with bruises.

This, after a picture frame at Fricker's restaurant turned up missing.

Chief Rusty York asked for internal affairs to investigate the incident.

Squadrito and her boyfriend Chad Rybolt went in for interviews Thursday.

"We're very anxious to get this over and done with and our biggest concern is with the conduct that night in our home that it would happen to someone else and its my understanding that he's still been working and we want to get some sort of resolution done," says Squadrito.

Squadrito says they're expecting to hear the results of the investigation mid-January.
