Local 'Stars' Shine In Charity Basketball Game (With Photos)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Local stars took to the hardwood Saturday night, raising money for two important charities.

A Better Fort hosted the Ball 4 A Cause celebrity basketball game. Team Nyzzy Nyce, representing Easter Seals Arc, and Team J. Tubbs, representing Mad Anthony's Children Hope House.

21Alive's Rachel Martin played on Team J. Tubbs.

Team J. Tubbs was leading most of the game, running the margin to double digits.

But Team Nyzzy Nyce hit some important 15-point baskets late in the second half to tie the game with a few seconds left.

TinCaps president Mike Nutter hit a jumper at the the buzzer to win the game for Team Nyzzy Nyce.

Nutter was named Most Valuable Player of the game.
