WOODBURN, In. (www.incnow.tv) --- Two semi trucks collided around 8:45 this morning on US24 near Woodburn Road in eastern Allen County, sending one of the trucks into the median of the new four-lane road.

Authorities are not sure why the two westbound truck headed toward Fort Wayne hit each other. One of the trucks is leaking diesel fuel.

One trucker was injured slightly and taken to a hospital, while the other driver appeared okay but was sent to the hospital to be checked out anyway.

Eastbound lanes are closed for several hours for clean-up.

Old US24 remains opened and for travelers might be a better option for a few hours.
