Quaker Steak & Lube Gears Up For Grand Opening

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -- A new restaurant is set to open in Fort Wayne bringing with it, owners say 200 jobs.

The national chain, Quaker Steak and Lube is known for wings, 20 varieties of sauces, motorcycles and cars.

It will open Wednesday afternoon at 3pm at 407 West Coliseum, in the former Don Pablo’s location. Look for seating for 350 people in the 10,000 plus square-foot building with patio and bars.
