Mutiple Fire Departmens Fight Barn Fire In Orland

ORLAND, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Orland and Mongo volunteer Fire Departments were called to a reported barn fire early Wednesday morning.

Around 8 am crews arrived at 7755 N. 1050 E just north of Greenfield Mills to a pole barn that was heavily involved.

The building was not occupied at the time of the fire and it took firefighters over 1 ½ hours to get the fire under control. The building is considered to be a total loss.

The fire is believed to accidental in nature.
