Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The homeowner of the Lima Road house, that was part of a double murder suicide in December, is hopeful that someone will look past the grisly history of the home and purchase it.

The home is where police discovered the bodies of 19 year old Erin Jehl and 19 year old Ryann Tipton along with 43 year old Bart Heller.

Tipton had been helping Jehl move out after a breakup with Heller. Heller posted on his Facebook page, saying "Someone call 911 three dead bodies at 3229 Lima Road. I've killed Ryann, Erin and myself...people were warned not to "expletive" play me and ruin me. They didn't listen sorry about your luck."
