Area Muslims Gather for Eid Ul-Adha Festival

Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Muslims in Fort Wayne and around the world are celebrating the "Festival of Sacrifice" or Eid.

It commemorates the annual "Hajj," pilgrimage to Mecca.

More than a-thousand area Muslims gathered at the Plex North Friday morning for prayer.

This is part of one of the most important holidays of the year for Muslims as they mark the faithfulness and sacrifice of the prophet- Abraham.
