FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - They're tired, they've had a long across-the-world journey, but as one member, Ashley Queener, said this morning "never say no to an opportunity to grow."

Six members of the Voices of Unity Choir, along with director Marshall White, appeared live on Indiana's NewsCenter Today. They demonstrated the talent that helped them win two gold medals at the World Choir Games in China last weekend. They sang two songs, "My Girl" and "Love Has No Color."

Earlier in the show, two of the members, Evan White and Jimmie Jones, spoke to to Ryan Elijah and Mary Collins about their experiences in China.

The entire choir will be celebrated during a welcome home party today at noon at One Summit Square in Downtown Fort Wayne.

Thanks to Evan, Jimmie, and Ashley as well as Jordan Applegate, Vanessa Aduro and Marshall White for coming in early to sing for us.
