CALIFORNIA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A ban on violent video games went before the Supreme Court Tuesday.

At issue is a California law banning the sale or rental of violent video games to anyone under the age of 18.

An appeals court in San Francisco ruled the law violates minors' constitutional rights under the first and fourteenth amendments.

Justices will hear oral arguments Tuesday.
