FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) -- The first lady of Fort Wayne gave the keynote address at ITT Technical Institute's annual Women's Breakfast Thursday morning.

Cindy Henry's speech gave a personal interpretation of the event's continued theme, "Believe, Achieve, Inspire". Megan Trent was fortunate enough to be the emcee for the breakfast and Katie Law was in attendance as well.

The Women's Breakfast focuses on encouraging and inspiring women in our community and recognizing their many accomplishments.

This year's honorees were Trecia Johnson for her work with the Opportunities To Nursing Excellence program, Laurie Brumbaugh for her work with Habitat for Humanity's Women's Build program and Josette Rider for her work as the executive director of Big Brothers Big Sister of Northeast Indiana.
