Man in Critical Condition After Monday Morning Shooting (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (incnow.tv) -- A man is fighting for his life in a Fort Wayne hospital, after being shot on the city's south side Monday morning.

Police say they were called to the intersection of Lafayette and Mckinnie at 12:14AM in reference to shots fired. According to officials, they found 50-year-old Michael Beasley suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

He was taken to a nearby hospital in serious condition. He was later downgraded to critical but was upgraded to serious condition late Monday morning.

No arrests have been made in the case.
