CHURUBUSCO, Ind. (NBC33) - On Saturday, September 6th the 4th annual Pinestock Music Festival will be rocking the town of Churubusco. An all-day, all-inclusive pass is $40.00 and includes admission to the day full of shows, bottomless drinks, and a camping pass for the evening.
Pinestock is a one-of-a-kind music festival featuring 10 local and regional bands with backgrounds spanning all genres.
What makes Pinestock unique, is the setting. The main stage is in an open field tucked back into the woods just north of town. Organizers claim it is something you will not find anywhere else.
"The music festival in general is just to do something for northeast Indiana that doesn't exist and that there is a need for," says Nicholas Weaver, one of the co-founders of Pinestock. "We started the festival four years ago and pretty much doubled its size every year, so we're just kind of keeping up that momentum and hope that this year's even better than last year."
Tickets are available the day of the concert, or online at their website - PinestockFestival.com
Doors open at noon on Saturday with shows beginning around 1:00pm.
