FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Two people are dead after a Tuesday morning car crash on Butler Road.

Officers say they arrived on scene and found a car engulfed in flames.

Investigators located one victim lying on the ground outside of the vehicle and another victim located inside the vehicle.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe the vehicle was traveling northeast when it left the road, striking a tree.

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash.

The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified the victims as Elvis Ibisevic, 31, who was the driver and Akif Avdibasic, 40, who was ejected from the vehicle. Both men were from Fort Wayne.
