DECATUR, Ind. (NBC33) - Adams County commissioners are considering an idea of building a new facility that could house the Superior Court, probation offices, and possibly the Adams County Jail.
Commissioners say the current Superior Court building lacks adequate security and handicap accessibility, yet due to infrastructure restraints it cannot be expanded or renovated. The Adams County Jail faces similar problems, far beyond its 60 inmate capacity.
