FORT WAYNE, Ind. (NBC33) - Crews with the Fort Wayne City Streets Department are out in full force patching and repairing roadways that have been destroyed by this winter's freezing and thawing.

Starting Thursday, road crews have begun using "hot patches," which are designed to be a more long-term solution.
