FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - We're halfway through March, and even though temperatures haven't warmed up, we're beginning to see the first signs of Spring. Bulbs are sprouting up from the ground, and we're seeing more fresh produce at the grocery store.
