FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - It's been hot all week long. Really hot. The past week's weather even met the World Meteorological Organization's criteria for a heat wave. Just like extreme cold, extreme heat can be a hazard to your health if you don't take care of yourself.
