After a very dry summer and then the heavy rains a couple weeks ago, mosquito eggs have hatched and now they're buzzing and biting all across northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio. On the bright side, officials say West Nile Virus shouldn't be a big problem this year. If you have a puddle or pool of water where you think mosquitoes are laying their eggs, you can call the Allen County Health Department and have them treat the water to kill the insects. Just call 260-449-7459.
