FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Fun was the name of the game today at Safety Day in the Summit City. Kids of all ages came out to learn everything from first aid tips to animal safety.

The Fraternal Order of Police were able to fit kids with free helmets. Parkview Healthcare taught children what to look out for when they are cruising on their bikes.

"We put this together so that children can come to a safe, fun environment and learn different safety tips," Fire Police City County FCU Marla Esterline said.

Fort Wayne Firefighters also had their smoke trailer for kids to go through to learn what to do in case of a fire.
