Everyone looks for the quick fix in getting fit, get it fast and get it easy.

And many claim you can get everything you need in a great workout by just buying a ball.

But in order for you to reap the benefits you need to know how to use the stability ball correctly.

In this report we turn to Dr. Jamey Gordon with Fort Wayne Physical to get the proper instruction to achieve great end results.

September 27, 2008, hundreds of people will fill Fort Wayne's streets in the first "Fort 4 Fitness" half marathon.
