FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- Indiana's teachers' union has filed another lawsuit against the state.

ISTA is suing to block the education department from putting new teacher contract forms into use for the upcoming school year.

The union believes parts of the new forms violate state law and existing contracts.

This comes after the teachers union filed a lawsuit this summer to block the new school voucher program, claiming it's unconstitutional.
